There is a 30 day no questions asked refund policy for all products purchased thru REIC of LA whether at a seminar or online. This way you know you can try any product with no risk.

If you wish to make a return, you must email Jackie@realestateclubla.com and get written confirmation of approval, or call the office at 310-792-6404. Jackie will provide you with accurate information on the correct address & procedure necessary to return the product.

All products must be returned to the speaker, NOT REIC by traceable means and RECEIVED by the speaker’s office within the 30 day period. It is buyer’s responsibility (not REIC of LA) to follow up and make sure that product is received by the speaker’s office with the 30 day return period. Buyer will pay all shipping charges.

Then return the product and keep the delivery receipt. Speaker will notify REIC of LA when package is received.

If any portion of the material has been altered or damaged or is missing, no refund will be authorized.

Neither REIC of LA nor the speaker will be responsible for any lost packages.

Follow these procedures and you will get a prompt refund with no hassle.

Seminar Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend a seminar that you have registered for, you may cancel a within 48 hours prior to the seminar to get a full refund (or you can just request the CDs instead or get a credit to another seminar)

At the seminar, if you feel that you have not received your money’s worth, you may request a refund in writing by emailing rosie@realestateclubla.com.

Attorney Fees

In any action, proceeding or arbitration between the parties arising out of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.
